Common actions include:

1. Scheduling - allows you to run an entity automatically on a defined schedule.

2. Entity audit history - allows you to view every version of the entity and diff for changes in versions.

3. Entity alerting - allows you to get notifications about changes in entities.

4. Copy link - every entity's detailed view header offers a direct link to that entity for sharing.

5. Table columns - choose which columns a list table shows; admins can set the default columns for all users.
