Data catalog allows the users to get an overview of data objects available, relations to other data assets, data lineage, and business glossary.
Data catalog consists of:
Objects tab for metadata object management by objects
Columns tab for metadata object management by columns
Glossary tab for business term management
Business rules tab for managing business rules
Import data from CSV files
Free version
On the free version the catalog is restricted to dbt objects and their dbt-derived lineage. The Objects tab is reachable, but the surrounding catalog surface is paid:
